Job Description
Position Title: Senior Designer (Brand & Campaigns)
Location:Remote (U.S.)
Schedule:Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (must be available during core hours 10:00 AM–2:00 PM PST)
Duration:6-Month Contract – Leave of Absence Coverage (Starting December 8; potential extension, no conversion opportunity)
Overview
We’re seeking aSenior Designerto lead high-impact brand and campaign design projects from concept through delivery. This role collaborates with copywriters, producers, project managers, and internal stakeholders to produce visually compelling, on-brand creative across multiple channels — including digital, print, and social.
Key Responsibilities
•
Lead and execute creative projects across brand, campaign, and digital initiatives.
•
Translate complex ideas into clean, impactful visual concepts.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (art directors, producers, copywriters) to deliver cohesive creative assets.
•
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers; lead by example in reviews and brainstorming sessions.
•
Research emerging design trends and apply innovative approaches to elevate brand storytelling.
•
Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining creative excellence.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
•
5+ yearsof experience in brand, campaign, or digital design at a large-scale organization, tech company, or publicly traded corporation.
•
Proven success designing forenterprise-level brands(not small or mid-sized companies).
•
Expertise inAdobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and proficiency with modern design tools.
•
Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
•
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
•
Strong organization and time-management skills.
•
Bachelor’s degreein Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
Nice-to-Have Skills
•
Working knowledge ofFigmaand other design/production tools.
•
Experience mentoring creatives or leading small design teams.
•
Passion for storytelling and creating visually engaging brand experiences.
Soft Skills
•
Collaborative team player who actively shares ideas and creative direction.
•
Confident communicator with a positive attitude and openness to feedback.
•
Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
