Senior Designer

We are looking for a Senior Designer who understands the power of memorable experiences. You have a passion for design and a strong foundation in brand experience. You excel in client facing environments and can design immersive experiences that leave a lasting impact. Your role is to create and develop trade show and event concepts and ensure that each experience is impactful and aligns with client objectives. Senior Designer Responsibilities: Develop creative concepts, implement design strategies, and produce winning strategic solutions. Create clear and creative client presentations that guide the client on a descriptive journey of the concept. Work with sales and production teams to ensure projects meet expectations and budgets. Present ideas with confidence, capturing essential client insights and using them to build strong, winning pitches. Accurate daily time and project status reporting. Maintain working knowledge of 3D design software (Preferably 3D Max). Stay informed on industry trends, technology, and experiential design practices. Maintain creative files within project folders on server Senior Designer Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Industrial Design, Exhibit Design, Interior Design or Architecture and / or 5-7 years relevant experience. Proficiency in 3D Studio Max and Adobe Creative Suite Self-Motivated with a high sense of urgency and process oriented. Strong analytical and creative skills, with the ability to establish recommendations that drive clients’ business Ability to collaborate with clients and internal team to bring best of class designs and solutions to clients Excellent presentation skills, leadership in client meetings, superior customer focus both interpersonal and written. This full-time position offers a 40-hour work week and a salary, depending on experience, with the possible option for remote work for the right candidate.
