Job Title: Senior Designer
Worksite: 190 W. Tasman Drive, San Jose, CA 95134 Salary Range: $231,750.00 to $254,925.00 per year

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop Industrial products in the domains of Aerospace and general transportation that meet customers' needs.

• Generate 2D ideations of future concepts then lead the creation of new design proposals in 3D forms (CAD and Physical properties) to ensure the product is competitive in the market.

• Lead development of initial concept designs to the final production-ready CAD delivery.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create an on-brand product experiences that meet engineering requirements.

• Create and maintain design guidelines and brand guidelines.

• Identify opportunities for product or feature enhancements.

• Iterate existing designs to meet our future traveler needs.

• Present Industrial design ideas to leadership and external partners and take direction whenever

  necessary.

• Use appropriate software such as Photoshop, Alias Autodesk, Blender and After Effect to produce

prototypes and test functionality.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Transportation Design or Industrial Design.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Senior Engineer, Industrial Designer, or any related job title or occupation in which 5 years of experience working with engineering team to integrate required structures to package and manufacture requirements into design concepts in CAD was gained.
