The Job in a Nutshell💡

We're seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating user-centered designs that drive engaging and seamless experiences across our digital platforms. You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and innovative solutions. If you have a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX design, a deep understanding of user behavior, and a passion for crafting exceptional digital experiences, we want to hear from you!

What You Will Do💡

• Design Leadership: Lead and oversee design initiatives across multiple product teams, crafting simple, intuitive user experiences that resonate with our diverse user base including Couriers & Partners. Ensure all design projects align with the company’s strategic objectives and user expectations.
• User-Centered Design: Advocate and implement user-centered design methodologies within an agile development framework. Maintain the highest standards of design quality and functionality, providing clear, actionable feedback throughout the design process.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with product management, engineering, and operations teams. Your role is crucial in developing technological solutions that not only meet market demands but also create meaningful impacts on millions of users worldwide.
• Innovation and Creativity: Champion innovative design solutions that challenge conventional thinking and enhance user interfaces. Organize and lead ideation workshops, using insights gathered to fuel creative processes and product innovation.
• User Research: Conduct both qualitative and quantitative user research to uncover insights that drive design decisions. Act as a strong advocate for user needs, promoting a deep understanding of user perspectives across all teams to foster empathy and informed product development.
• Mentoring and Coaching: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, helping them grow within the design team. Share industry best practices and encourage a learning environment that aids in their professional development.
• Design System Management: Build, maintain, and develop the design system to ensure consistency and quality across all products. Collaborate with engineering teams to implement these systems effectively, ensuring that all design solutions adhere to technical specifications and brand standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between the design team, Product Managers, and Engineers, ensuring all parties are aligned on design goals and expectations.

• 5 to 7 years of experience in UX/Product Design, with a proven track record in a technology-driven sector.
• High proficiency in key design tools and methodologies, mainly Figma, and Adobe Suite.
• Experienced in wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, with a keen eye for aesthetic and functional design.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Must be adept at driving key discussions to successful conclusions and presenting design concepts effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to lead design projects and navigate complex design challenges. Should be skilled in project management and comfortable guiding cross-functional teams.
• Arabic speaker is a must with excellent commands over English Language
