We are looking for an experienced Developer to help design and build internal tools that empower Stoneridge team members. As part of the Information Technology team, this internally focused role will be responsible for creating and customizing applications across our ecosystem which includes Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure. The ideal candidate is someone who loves to learn (growth mindset), has a passion for staying up to date with the latest industry and technology trends, and wants to create an impact for our team members.
A Day in the Life
- Build and customize internal systems across a broad-spectrum of new applications and existing platforms.
- Collaborate with project team members (managers, process owners, end users and developers) to transform plans and ideas into functional applications.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies as part of the development team.
- Perform, design, and code reviews across a variety of solutions (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and external portals and websites) and provide technical leadership within the internal development team.
- Create proof of concepts and perform demonstrations of internal solutions.Â
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in software engineering or solution design focusing on enterprise software
- 2+ years of experience working with the Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, or Dynamics 365 Finance
- 4+ years of experience with .NET, SQL, JavaScript, and C#
- 3+ years of experience with SQL-focused development (Preferred)
- Track record of creating technical content that is easily adopted and reusable by others
- Comfortable with ambiguity and time spent outside of comfort zone acquiring new skills
- Flexible in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting roles and responsibilitiesÂ
- Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English
Work Location: This position is available on a REMOTE basis in the United States or REMOTE in Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan).

Travel Required: Incumbent is expected to regularly meet with client teams across the United States and Canada will be asked to attend industry events from time to time.Â

Compensation
- Our philosophy is to provide compensation that is Competitive, Equitable, and Driven by Performance. Various factors impact our pay ranges including market conditions and national salary data. To determine competitive salaries within this range we consider candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. These are national ranges, inclusive of bonus opportunities and could represent multiple role levels.
US (USD): $100,000 - $145,000
Canada (CAD): C$110,000 - C$160,000
