MMA offers a variety of technology solutions to help our clients mitigate and manage risk. Senior Developer will be responsible creating a quality application to solve complex business problems. This position requires mentorship of junior development staff and performing code reviews. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Write advanced programming code for both front-end and back-end projects
• Enhance the security in our backend environment in conjunction with automated scans
• Maintain, modify, and scale our AWS environment in conjunction with the external security team.
• Analyze the behavior of our applications to find and fix bugs.
• Analyze performance of our applications and determine efficiencies
• Collaborate with other developers during working sessions
• Provide mentoring and best coding practices to other staff
• Perform code reviews
• Effectively communicate with other functions to develop outstanding products and services for our end customers.

Requirements:

• 8 years’ experience in all aspects of software development
• CS in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience
• Excellent knowledge and experience with the .NET framework
• Excellent knowledge of front-end web JavaScript frameworks such as React and React
• Excellent knowledge of back-end programming languages such as C#
• Experience creating and maintaining databases
• Experience with MS-SQL, PostgreSQL and MySQL databases a plus
• Good interpersonal skills
