About the Position

As a Senior Developer Advocate at CentML you will play a pivotal role in engaging educating and supporting the developer community. Your primary focus will be on driving awareness and adoption of CentML’s technology through a combination of technical content community engagement and hands-on development. You’ll act as a bridge between CentML’s engineering team and the broader developer community using your expertise to empower developers to build optimize and deploy ML models effectively with our platform.

What you’ll do

• Build and foster a thriving developer community around CentML by engaging through forums social media conferences and other relevant channels.

• Develop high-quality technical content including blog posts tutorials sample code and video content showcasing best practices and the value of CentML’s solutions.

• Represent CentML at industry events webinars and meetups and engage with the ML/AI community to evangelize CentML’s products.

• Act as a liaison between the developer community and CentML’s engineering/product teams gathering and relaying developer feedback to inform product improvements.

• Work closely with CentML’s customers and partners to facilitate smooth onboarding deployment and troubleshooting processes creating a seamless experience.

What you’ll need to be successful

• Strong technical background in machine learning machine learning systems CUDA/HIP Kubernetes or software engineering with a deep understanding of ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch JAX).

• 5+ years in a Developer Advocate or related role  with proven success in community building and content creation.

• Established online presence in the ML or AI space (e.g. GitHub projects blogs or social media following).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience creating various forms of technical content and delivering presentations.

• Proficient in languages commonly used in ML (e.g. Python) and familiar with ML workflows and deployment.

• Demonstrated experience building and engaging with developer communities especially around complex technical products.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and address community pain points effectively.

Bonus points if you have

• Experience with open-source community engagement.

• Knowledge of optimization tools and frameworks (e.g. Triton compiler Nsight Compute/Systems) relevant to machine learning deployment and scaling.
