Title: Senior Developer I, Workday Integration

Role Description:
We are currently looking for a Workday Integration Senior Developer. This position will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions across multiple industries to meet, enhance and optimize business needs. This role will report to the HRIS Manager.
Core Responsibilities:

• Work directly Manager, HRIS to deliver high-quality Workday Integration solutions across multiple industries to meet, enhance and optimize business needs
• Work directly Manager, HRIS, solving Workday Integration issues as they arise
• Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one's skills and learnings with others within the organization
• Assist with internal initiatives, as assigned, designed to improve the team, department or company
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and Integrations
• Strong understanding of Workday development tools, including Studio, Cloud Connect, Custom Reports, EIB's Connectors, Document Transformation
• Experience with Workday Web Services, XSLT, XML, and REST API
• Knowledge of Workday security and compliance requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively

What are we looking for?
We're looking for motivated individual with:

• Workday Integration Certification
• 3-5 years of Workday Integration post-production support experience with a Workday
• Experience building and debugging Custom Reports, EIB's, Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT, and Workday Studio
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives
• Experience leading a full Workday implementation
• Strong competency with Workday subject area (HCM or Finance)
• Ability to lead strategic discussions with executive stakeholders
• Ability to understand code and coding patterns often used in integrations
• Proven ability to influence a wide variety of audiences, including technical and business clients, HR functions, and all levels of employees
• Ability to see around corners thinking about both the big picture and individual needs
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
