Senior Developer- Python/AI/ML

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python AI/ML Developer with over 3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning models and AI systems. This role requires expertise in Python programming, machine learning frameworks, and a strong understanding of AI/ML principles to develop scalable, efficient solutions for complex problems.

-Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms tailored to business requirements.

Fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.

-Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights.

Implement data pipelines for efficient data processing and feature engineering.

-Build and deploy machine learning models into production environments using MLOps best practices.

Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing systems.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables.

-Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and conduct code reviews.

-Lead AI/ML initiatives, set project timelines, and ensure deliverables are met on schedule.

Communicate project updates, challenges, and results to stakeholders and leadership.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Required Skills

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Python and key libraries
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, neural networks).
Experience with deep learning techniques and frameworks.
Knowledge of data visualization tools
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience in MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
