Senior Development Manager

WHO WE NEED :
We're looking for a Senior Software Development Manager who is eager to jump in and lead a couple of development teams using mobile and desktop technologies and coach a group of 10-15 people (developers and testers).
If you're a fit, the following things should sound like you:

• Experience managing development teams in a prior role (typically at least 2-3 years)
• Experience managing in/across multiple products and platforms
• Experience leading cross-team and interdepartmental projects with broad reach
• Track record of identifying and implementing lasting, meaningful change in your teams and direct reports
• History of hiring, retaining, and growing strong contributors and leaders
• Ability to manage multiple teams and/or concurrent projects with frequently changing priorities

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Effectively lead and coordinate teams at the product and department level
• Meet/exceed department-level quality and change management standards while seeking improvements
• Evaluate team construction and move resources to build the right team to solve the problems they face
• Maintain strong working relationships with executive and management peers across the organization
• Be capable of solving cross-team problems without Director / Executive support
• Be a critical contributor to department senior leadership meetings
