Job Description:

As a Senior Development Manager at DTN, you will provide work closely with Engineering and Product leadership to provide technical guidance across multiple projects and products including providing insight on technical solutions and staffing decisions. You will also line manage, coach and develop the Engineering staff within your team.

What you will be responsible for:

• Actively manage product solutions for agile development of innovative features and functionality to serve multiple industry segments served by DTN; including both existing and new projects/products
• Provide connectivity and understanding of the larger organization, serving as a resource for teams and colleagues and promoting the use of common infrastructure, UI/UX, and decision support application functionality across portfolio products for development, deployment and support
• Lead and coach agile product development processes that reduce time to market, increase quality of product solutions while decreasing overall cost of ownership
• Partner across DTN functions (Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience) for successful launch and growth of product solutions in the marketplace 
• Lead and collaborate with product managers focused on discovery and validation of high growth opportunities relative to market needs, DTN technology strategy, and financial targets
• Attract, retain, develop, coach and mentor technical professionals for continual improvement, career growth and product/customer-focused quality
• Actively contribute to DTN culture that focuses on customer impact, growth, professional development and positive community impact

What you will bring to the role:

• 3-5+ years of Software Development Management experience
• 5+ years of software development experience. Experience with React, Node.JS, Python, and Java. Cloud native is a plus
• Experience working with a multi-national organization
• Experience in managing a diverse set of skills across multiple locations
• Experience working in a SaaS, DaaS, or analytic platform environment
• Experience working within a B2B environment
• Experience transforming and modernizing a technological portfolio. Migrating applications to cloud environments is a plus
• A strong desire and passion for growth and pursuit of goals
• Effective oral, written, and visual communication.
• Diligence, persistence, and attention to detail.

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between AUD 123,750 and AUD 165,000. DTN is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
