Senior DevOps Engineer

The Senior DevOps Engineer will have the opportunity to work in one of our offices. We are seeking a candidate that is searching for an opportunity to make a real impact, deliver value, and work within an experienced team.

Your impact:

• Design and build systems to support the entire lifecycle of mission-critical trading systems applications
• Expand and improve upon existing processes, pipelines, and systems for trading research, development, deployment, configuration management, and monitoring
• Build tools to support real-time trading operations by automating tasks to reduce complexity and human involvement in critical systems
• Design and implement front-end systems to allow users to configure, deploy, and control their own production processes and pipelines
• Work closely with the core dev, research, and trading teams to deliver fixes, new features and firm-wide solutions and allow the company to continue to scale
• Work across multiple domains of 3Red
• Cluster, Production Trading, Distributed Risk

Your skills:

• Expert Python development experience
• C++ development experience desirable
• Technologies (Required): SQL experience, Redis
• Broad technical understanding including knowledge of Linux (threading, memory management), networking, software lifecycle processes
• Excellent communications skills
• Detail-oriented approach to work
• Ability to conceptualize and understand complex systems with many dependencies and moving parts
