Senior DevOps Engineer
Job Description
Iterative Health is pioneering the use of artificial intelligence-based precision medicine in gastroenterology, with the aim of helping to optimize clinical trials investigating the treatment of IBD. We use advanced machine learning and computer vision to interpret endoscopic videos along with other types of data, helping clinicians better assess patients with potential GI problems. Ultimately, the company aims to establish more meaningful endpoints to serve as better predictors of both therapeutic response and disease outcomes.
What you'll be doing:
- Empower Iterative Health's Technology teams to develop and operate their cloud native services, ML models and data analytics in Cloud Infrastructure
- Manage secure Cloud Infrastructure with zero-trust framework
- Provide self-serviced CI/CD platform for teams to build and deploy services, ML models, and data analytics
- Support Infrastructure security compliance through security posture automation
- Manage VM clusters, Kubernetes and serverless infrastructure in AWS or GCP and provision a cloud-based infrastructure using Terraform
- Automate Cloud infrastructure asset management, security monitoring and RBAC with escalation policy
- Manage monitoring and observability infrastructure for Technology teams to operate with SLA/SLO
- Support designated SLAs of Cloud Infrastructure in on-call rotation
Required skills:
- 4+ years of working as DevOps Engineer or software engineer
- 3+ years of experience in Cloud technologies, AWS or GCP
- 3+ years of experience developing CI/CD pipelines with emerging CI/CD tooling, such as GitHub Action, GitLab CI or CircleCI
- 3+ years of experience in Linux fundamentals and shell scripting
- 3+ years of experience developing Python application
- 2+ years of experience in Docker and Kubernetes deployment with Helm
- 2+ years of experience in Cloud security and IAM
- experience and knowledge of Cloud SQL or Non-SQL services and data recovery
- experience and knowledge of Oath2 authentication, TLS certificate and DNS
- experience and knowledge of disaster recovery
- problem-solving and self-motivated leaning attitude
- agility with cross-functional teams and collaboration with team members
- strong written/verbal technical communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred skills:
- AWS Solutions Architect Certification
- CNCF Kubernetes certifications
- B.S in computer science or engineering
