We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to use technology expertise to deliver new features to our state of the art marketing Platform: Alli.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in planning, designing, developing and maintaining Alli Infrastructure
• Participate in agile processes and ceremonies
• Mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and provide critical feedback to fellow developers
• Optimize application infrastructure for best user experience
• Ensure Platform availability SLA

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Native technologies (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform)
• 2+ years experience mentoring, coaching junior team members
• 4+ years experience with coding and scripting (Python, SQL, Java, JavaScript, Bash)
• 5+ years experience using build and deployment tools (Travis, Github Actions, AWS Code Deploy )
• 4+ years experience with monitoring and logging platforms (Cloud Watch, Grafana, Datadog, Sumologic, Splunk, etc.)
• Amazon Web Services cloud ops. GCP experience is a strong plus
• 4+ Configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, Salt, Chef, Puppet)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills, work effectively with clients, vendors, peers, and business/IT management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to stay current on trends and development within a functional area of experience along with the industry
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with international, cross-functional teams
• Strong business aptitude and ability to quickly learn new problem domains and become conversant with subject matter experts
• AWS DevOps Engineer Professional Certification preferred
• GCP – Professional Cloud Architect preferred
• AWS Machine Learning Specialty Certification strongly preferred
