Responsibilities:

• Architect and manage scalable, secure, and reliable solutions in AWS.
• Automate provisioning and management of infrastructure using Terraform.
• Design and manage Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration.
• Build, deploy, and manage Docker containers.
• Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless application delivery.
• Integrate testing and monitoring tools to enhance deployment quality.
• Provide guidance on best practices.
• Implement monitoring tools and dashboards to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Perform regular performance tuning and capacity planning.
• Enforce financial sector compliance requirements, including data security and privacy standards.
• Implement infrastructure security practices, including IAM policies, network security, and data encryption.

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer, preferably in the financial sector.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (e.g., EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, IAM).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to have skills

• Experience working in a financial services environment, understanding regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with security compliance standards like PCI DSS, GDPR, or SOC 2.
• Knowledge of additional tools like Helm, ArgoCD, or Ansible.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or Terraform Associate.
