You have 4+ years of experience in infrastructure, development, architecture, and operations. You thrive autonomously when given direction and priorities and would describe yourself as a problem-solver. You have the personal drive to meet deadlines and deliverables.

You have the passion to steer and inspire a team. You have the skills to drive them to achieve goals through innovation, quality, and excellence. You have impeccable communication skills when it comes to collaborating with a team.

You have the experience to deploy DevOps solutions for complex cloud native environments. You are hands on with networking and CIDR management.

You are familiar with SCRUM/Agile methodology. You are a quick-learner and have an excellent understanding when it comes to infrastructure automation and the tools used.

RAPP/Team DDB

The RAPP team in Chicago is an integral part of Team DDB, a multi-agency organization created by Omnicom to develop and deliver state-of-the-art marketing solutions geared towards recruiting best-in-class candidates for the US Army. We are building a modernized platform to target, attract, manage, and nurture prospects interested in joining the US Army, as well as bolster the strength of the mission critical organization protecting our borders. We’re building and configuring marketing technology and communications to drive personalization across the entire recruitment journey.

If we learned anything this year, it’s that our organization truly can implement a “work where you work best” philosophy.  We still have physical offices, and, if they’re open, you are welcome to use them whenever you like.

No pressure, though - if you aren’t comfortable with coming in while COVID-19 plays out, you can still work where you work best. That said, while we do have our “work where you work best” philosophy. We legally have to care about what state you claim permanent residency in (it’s a tax thing).
