About the Role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Figure Technology Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, implementing, and expanding our cloud infrastructure and engineer-centric platform tools. We are looking for a curious, innovative, and collaborative team member to help support our direct-to-consumer products that continue to transform the financial services industry. 

What You'll Do

• Greatly enhance our engineer’s experience by implementing new features for our internal platforms.
• Take the initiative to find and solve problems to improve processes.
• Drive innovative technical solutions while adhering to iterative principles.
• Collaborate with project leads and other software engineers across multiple teams.
• Use your voice and apply your technical skills to solve real-world problems.
• Participate in a team on-call rotation.

What We Are Looking For

• 3-4 years of DevOps/SRE/development experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• An understanding of DevOps best practices and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• The ability to drive a project from concept to release.
• Experience with cloud computing providers such as GCP or AWS.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Kubernetes Operators and modern API Gateways, such as Kong or NGINX.
• Experience in Go or a similar programming language.
• A drive for Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or OpenTofu, along with automation using Atlantis, Terraform Cloud, or similar solutions.
• Experience with scaling CI/CD platforms, such as Github Actions and ArgoCD, with an emphasis on engineer satisfaction.
• Experience maintaining high availability and/or high traffic production web environments.
• Someone who likes to have a good time and plays well with others.

For CO, NY, CA, and WA residents, the salary range is $119,680 - $149,600 with up to a 25% Bonus and Equity. Actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience and location.
