In anticipation of growth we are posting this role to create a pipeline of candidates.

  • Preference given to local Austin Candidates who will work on-site
  • 100% US Remote - you must currently reside in the United States.
  • Visa Sponsorship is available for qualified candidates already located in the United States.
  • Do you have a passion for creating innovative systems and making sure they run like clockwork?
  • Sprinklr is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team and help us build and maintain our cloud-based platform.

Our ideal candidate will have a background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field. You should have strong experience with distributed systems and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex systems.

We're looking for someone who can stay on top of the latest trends in DevOps, and has a knack for automating processes. If you have an eye for detail, an aptitude for problem-solving, and a drive to develop and implement new solutions, we would love to hear from you.

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent Understanding Of Linux/Unix Systems
  • Strong Experience With Scripting Languages (Python/Bash/Perl/Ruby)
  • Proficiency In Container Technology Such As Docker And Kubernetes
  • Experience With Configuration Management Tools Such As Chef
  • Puppet And Ansible
  • Knowledge Of Ci/Cd Tools Such As Jenkins
  • Git And Nexus
  • Familiarity With Monitoring Tools Such As Nagios

  • Ability To Troubleshoot And Solve Complex Technical Problems

Compensation Range

$134,000 - $178,000 - $223,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr's discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.

US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees' health, well-being, and financial protection. The US-based benefits include a 401k plan with 100% vested company contributions, flexible paid time off, holidays, generous caregiver and parental leaves, life and disability insurance, and health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
