Senior DevOps Engineer with Azure

Job Description

Infosys is seeking an Senior DevOps Engineer with Azure experience. In the role, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle in.NET application. You will also be expected to build high-throughput, fault tolerant systems with requirements including elicitation, application architecture, definition, and design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Seattle WA or be willing to relocate to this location prior to Onboarding.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technologies.
• At least 3+ years of professional experience within DevOps and Azure
• Experience in Developing and deploying in Azure Cloud using its PaaS services.
• Working knowledge on Shell Scripting, CI/CD automation
• Hands-on experience with Docker container will be an added advantage
• Work in multivendor team and work in different time zones

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Azure ARM template is an added advantage.
• Setting up monitoring services
• Knowledge on Infrastructure cost analysis
• Knowledge on Security network configuration using Azure Policies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

The job entails extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
