Senior DevOps – Veeva Quality Suite Config Specialist

Our Team:

To ease and speed our Quality Assurance process, SANOFI has deployed a new QMS (called QualiPSO) based on Veeva Quality Suite. This QualiPSO product is highly integrated into our SANOFI systems landscape.

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Veeva config specialist knowing Veeva Quality Suite, being Veeva certified that will join our team of Veeva config specialist in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities:

• Based on User requirements & prioritized backlog : assess, design, implement, and maintain Veeva QualiPSO configuration & SDKs
• Analyze QualiPSO Impact at each Veeva release and propose a remediation plan. 
• User Access Management: perform all needed activities with E2E perspective to secure user access management from internal User Access request system (CARE) to Veeva (using UPS).
• Outside Veeva : Integration Mapping specification : perform for new or updated interfaces from QualiPSO to other SANOFI systems the needed integration mapping specification.
• Back up on Power BI : deliver Power BI enhancements on our specific products (OneQuad, Risk, UserAccess)
• Troubleshoot and debug issues
• Document required specifications or any other agreed documentations in Jira & Confluence or other mentioned tool.
• Follow GxP rules / guidelines 
• Perform pair config or design reviews and ensure quality and adherence to standards
• Participate & report in team meetings and agile ceremonies.

•  Continuously learn and keep up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends

Requirements:

• VEEVA QualitySuite (QualityDocs and QMS) experience of 3 years minimum.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience in influencing, listening actively and negotiating within a team environment.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, able to work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Veeva Certified
• If possible : Power BI development capacity
• Experience in GxP environments
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience with JIRA & Confluence
• Understanding of Software development processes and procedures
• Understanding of change management and release processes
