About this role

As a Senior Digital Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions and drive business growth. Your expertise in digital analytics tools and understanding of the business environment will enable our company to optimise its online presence, improve user experience, and achieve our clients' business objectives.

How will your day-to-day work look like?

• Conducting data analysis to understand patterns, trends, and insights.
• Meeting with internal and external stakeholders to define and map business goals and challenges.
• Planning and implementing analytical solutions.
• Solving complex business problems using a data-driven approach.
• Delivering business value through data by suggesting practical solutions for the further development of digital products.
• Regular work with GA (Google Analytics), GTM (Google Tag Manager), Excel, sometimes Hotjar and BigQuery.

What qualifications do you need to join us?

• Advanced Analytics Tools Proficiency including advanced knowledge of GA4 - from setting up, managing and interpreting complex data to reporting. Experience with additional tools like Piwik Pro or Amplitude is a nice bonus.
  
• Experience with GTM - implementation and managing tags effectively.
  
• Proficiency in BigQuery - performing data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL within BigQuery environment.
  
• Strong Business Acumen - experience in translating analytical insights into actionable business strategies. History of using data to driving business growth and improving performance.
  
• High communication skills, both within the organization and with external parties, backed up with professional experience examples.

Nice to haves

• Experience with other programming languages, HTML, JavaScript, Python or any other technical skills related to data analysis and web development are beneficial.
• Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or other relevant analytics platforms.
