Senior Digital Designer

PrizePicks is looking to hire a Sr. Digital Designer to join our Creative Team & execute a range of graphic assets across organic social and brand.

As a Sr. Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing designs for our social media channels and brand platforms. You will work closely with our social media team and ECD to execute our content strategy for organic media and help bring our brand to life through creative and data.

This position requires availability during evening sporting events as well as the flexibility to be available for ad-hoc design requests during normal business hours. The schedule will vary and may include some weekend and holiday work.

• Create original and visually appealing designs for social media channels including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and any other relevant platforms.

• Use animation to bring designs to life and create engaging content.

• Work closely with the social media team to execute our content strategy and support organic media efforts.

• Assist with ad-hoc design requests as needed.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and social media best practices.

• Collaborate with creative team and cross-functional teams as needed.

• Setting and maintaining the standard and quality of design work across all assets

• In addition to design responsibilities, the Social Media Designer will also be responsible for suggesting copy for social media posts that resonates with our audience.

• Minimum 4+ years of professional graphic design experience preferred

• Track record of being a self starter

• Online portfolio of work

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Strong interest/knowledge in Daily Fantasy Sports, Esports, and Sports Design

• Highly proficient in digital design platforms – Adobe CC, Figma

• Motion Design experience REQUIRED – After Effects, Canva, etc.

• Video Production experience – nice to have

• Excellent sense of composition and layout, typography and color

• Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to working

• Proven experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
