Our revolutionary, unit-level map data and interactive visuals within our SightMap, TouchTour and Asset Intelligence product lines allow both property owners and prospective renters to better ensure occupancy and drive revenue.
As a Senior Digital Designer, you will have the opportunity to be a part of our growth while contributing to a fun and energetic company culture. The role is responsible for producing brand-focused designs for our digital channels and campaigns. As a member of the Marketing team, you'll work alongside the product and creative teams to create compelling content that converts inbound leads and provides value across all of our various audiences. Your work will combine creativity, functionality, and technology to produce eye-catching and informative content.
What you'll do...

• Translate creative concepts into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Iterate and optimize designs based on performance and user feedback
• Provide fresh concepts for a large volume of similar project types
• Work with our development team to develop digital creativity, providing code-friendly design direction or applying direct styling changes
• Create and apply simple animations to banner ad campaigns
• Work on a growing amount of multi-channel marketing campaigns, each with unique goals, audiences and deliverables
• Work with the Marketing and Creative Directors to continually evolve the Engrain brand
• Design and develop landing pages and website concepts
• Build Wordpress pages update digital assets
• Design and build sales and marketing collateral such as sales sheets, price schedules, and case studies
• Work with the creative director to design tradeshow booths, event swag, and employee swag
• Own the relationship with 3rd party design agencies and direct work as needed

Requirements
What you offer us...

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of design experience, with experience designing for SaaS products preferred
• Strongly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Adobe XD
• Proficient in HTML and CSS
• Thorough understanding of design principles and techniques
• Robust understanding of visual design principles, especially typography and hierarchy
• Strong portfolio showcasing an understanding of design and digital capabilities
• At home in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and know how to get it done - whatever it may be - with a sense of urgency
• Comfortable with designing across a variety of mediums, including web, email, digital ads, social media and campaign collateral
• Capable of marrying digital functionality and beautiful, compelling design
• Detail-oriented with a passion for perfecting the smallest of elements
• Comfortable receiving creative direction and feedback from multiple stakeholders
• Proactively strategic and take the initiative to offer ideas whenever you see an opportunity
• Optimistic, empathetic and willing to be part of a team
• On top of UX/UI best practices and scalable design systems

Bonus points...

• Experience in multifamily or the broader real estate industry
• B2B experience
• Experience with Google Web Designer or similar tool
• Experience with JavaScript or JQuery
• Experience with Design Systems Management
• Experience developing and executing brand concepts from a defined brand strategy

• Salary Disclosure for Colorado: minimum base salary of $75,000-$90,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
