As a Senior Digital Experience Designer at Monigle, you must be an expert with processes such as understanding business requirements (including technical limitations) by conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. The Senior Digital Experience Designer will also be expected to design for net new websites, branded digital design systems, and our BEAM product, and in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate in accordance with feedback and research.
In this role, you can expect:

• Apply excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Coordinate with product management, stakeholders, design team, and engineering to keep on track with the project plan, timeline and billing and to define and implement innovative design solutions that align with business direction and improvements in user experience
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design challenges. Apply excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Understand brand expression and apply brand standards
• Understand design systems and patterns, while also staying aware of technological feasibility
• Illustrate all design ideas from concept to hand-off to engineering. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Build wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, sitemaps, production-ready responsive designs, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Work with the Stakeholders to understand project requirements
• Engage users/clients in the design process and evaluate user feedback
• Seek to establish and promote design guidelines, best-practices and standards
• Work with CX/PM to keep on track with the project plan, timeline and billing

Required technical and professional expertise:

• At least 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience creating wireframes and prototypes of responsive web and mobile applications
• Ability to fill any role within the UX workflow pipeline, from concept, wireframe, comps, & implementation
• Experience creating personas, journey maps, process flows, and user stories
• Experience in creating prototypes, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps. Proficiency in visual design, wire-framing and rapid prototyping tools
• Ability to create an end-to-end UX design structure
• Good writing skills and ability clearly articulate design solutions to non-designer audiences
• Practical experience with a prototyping tool (one or more of the following): Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Keynote, Visio, Axure, After Effects, Invision, Sketch Cloud
• Ability to communicate your designs and key breakthrough deliverables to peers and business partners

Preferred technical and professional expertise:

• Experience with team leadership experience
• Experience with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects
• Experience of participation in a Design Thinking Workshop
• Advanced understanding of iOS HIG and Material Guidelines
• Experience creating animated prototype samples within an application such as Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision
• Hands-on experience creating a Universal Style Guide
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Experienced in both creative agency and client-side environment preferred

Salary range: $93,000-115,500 (Denver, Colorado)
