Senior Digital Experience Designer (Remote)

Major Responsibilities:

• Lead and architect solutions to create exceptional consumer facing digital experiences.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team and oversee smaller subteams to create strategically designed visual design, interaction design, prototyping and other projects.
• Produce high-quality design that represents the user experience defined in functional specifications, wireframes, flow diagrams, schematics and prototypes.
• Lead and participate in meetings with stakeholders and patients to define opportunities, pitch design solutions and share outcomes.
• Work creatively within the brand architecture to ensure all design efforts support the visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Contribute to the strategic planning process. Articulate a strong design point of view to the broader team. Collaborate and foster relationships with key internal and external partners.
• Coordinate with peers in business and technology when creating solutions. Oversee work being done by team members in support of the projects you lead.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

• None Required.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field.

Experience Required:

• Typically requires 5 years of experience in Digital Design or User Experience Design.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

• Experience successfully launching large digital products and services
• Mastery in two or more areas of digital design such as visual design, interaction design, prototyping, information architecture, user testing, etc.
• Strong understanding of all areas of digital design including visual design, interaction design, prototyping, information architecture, user testing, etc.
• Skilled coach and mentor
• Ability to make complex software and processes accessible and understandable to end users
• Ability sell a vision, inspire a team and excite stakeholders
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to facilitate brainstorming and creative sessions
• Serve as a trusted partner to leaders and product teams across the organization

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

• This position requires travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions.
• Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
• Exposed to a normal office environment.
