The Senior Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for providing custom marketing solutions, delivery management, and documentation expertise. Leading projects from conception to delivery, optimizing marketing processes, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Translating complex business requirements into functional specifications and comprehensive documentation.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Analyze and evaluate website functionality to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for website enhancements and new features.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of website functionality to ensure it meets business requirements and user expectations.
• Work closely with web developers to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and ensure proper implementation.
• Preparing functional flow documents.
• Monitor website performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for further refinement and enhancement.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for website functionality issues, working closely with IT support teams as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in website functionality and user experience design.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar.
• 3+ years of Hands-on experience in Web Integrations, Data Transfers, and User Interfaces.
• Experience with JIRA or similar tools.
• Experience in Marketing activities (content management, campaign management, etc.)
• Advanced English Skills, oral and written.

The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More: (preferred)

• Experience with CMSs Umbraco or WordPress
• Web technologies knowledge of HTML, CSS, and similar.

Work Arrangement: • Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$63,250.00 - $71,500.00 MXN Monthly
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
