- Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be managing/leading a team to include Social Media Platform and Content Team members and to set their KPI's, manage the deliverables and oversee the activities including budget, planning, and results
- Strategize, plan, organize, and manage the brand(s) to achieve goals in the digital space (Goals/KPIs as assigned). Provides analytics with a passion for leveraging data insights to drive action
- Conceives and executes digital marketing campaigns, by managing online product advertising and sales through all digital channels focusing on .com. Including social media, display, video, mobile, email, search, shopping, onsite, and in support of third-party marketplaces regarding best practices across web production, design, user experience, and SEO
- Senior Digital Marketing Manager is passionate about execution, experimentation, optimization, and testing. Develops branded and non-branded terms and keyword searches for SEO & SEM Optimization. Create Social Management Strategies Including hashtags, influencer programs and more across all platforms
- Formulate, manage, execute, and reconcile the digital budget and investment decisions for digital media. Manage the weekly spend, placing dollars to gain conversions, and using tactics to increase auto-ship consumers across all viable platforms. Oversee Paid Search/PPC, and planning & buying of digital media, programmatic and social advertising
- Senior Digital Marketing Manager will implement & build strategic brand partnerships and relationships with content creators, influencers & social innovators
- Ensure digital programs are developed and delivered in a consistent and timely manner through planning, scheduling, coordinating, tracking, and measuring results for all assigned digital efforts and ensuring reporting on metrics on a weekly basis (SMS, QR Codes, website, organic and paid).
- Senior Digital Marketing Manager will target audiences according to brand position, optimize the ads and target audiences to achieve brand marketing goals, and use digital analytics and ranking software to advise and make decisions on paid and organic efforts

What You Bring to the Table
- 7+ years of experience in the digital marketing and advertising field. E-Commerce sales for consumer products, experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in digital, Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
- Expertise in paid search and paid social management with a broad understanding of iterative marketing and direct response ad strategies
- Experience reporting through native platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Reporting).
- Strong background working with a larger budget Direct-To-Consumer, CPC role with a CPG e-commerce environment preferred
- Expertise in managing campaigns through native ad-techs (Google AdWords, Meta Ads Manager). and background managing and advertising on Third-Party Marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, eBay is a plus
- Experience with Magento Commerce, Sprout Social, Sellics, Dotdigital & YotPo is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required
