About the Role
Orchard is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy. In this role, you will manage a team of 2 channel managers who have driven incredible growth. We’re seeking a data-driven, creative leader to expand upon their success. This is not just a channel optimization role: you will also collaborate closely with a talented product, sales, and creative team that is hungry to test ideas that maximize conversion at every step of the funnel.
You will be at the forefront of new company-wide initiatives, like our first-time home buyer program and growing mortgage services. It’s a unique opportunity to blend channel testing with full funnel conversion projects.
This is a full-time managerial role that reports into the Director of Growth Marketing. It will be remote eligible but with an option to be based out of our growing Austin or NYC offices.
What You’ll Do Here:
- Manage an 8-figure digital marketing budget and 2 direct reports
- Create a testing strategy that encompasses testing within existing channels and identifying and executing tests in new channels
- Regularly coach your team to challenge channel norms and launch needle-moving creative tests
- Launch new markets and new products using digital, playing a pivotal role in new service concepting and understanding customer resonance
- Focus on creative messaging in your ads and the landing pages they drive to - buying a house is the biggest financial decision of a customer’s life so developing creative and messaging that speaks to acknowledges that is crucial
- Be accountable for setting and managing to ambitious KPIs and sharing learnings across cross-functional partners including our Sales and Product teams
- Develop a deep understanding of our customer funnel, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Partner with product and sales to ideate, launch, and measure tests that maximize our customer growth
We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have:
- 4+ years of experience driving growth within a B2C performance marketing function
- Background in digital marketing preferred, with emphasis on Facebook/Instagram
- A passion for solving challenging business problems and love of new ideas
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to define, and measure impactful KPIs
- A track record of leading large, cross-functional projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
