Senior Digital Marketing Manager

As a Digital Marketing Manager for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:

• Driving Social commerce initiatives, including creating and maintaining social media strategy, Live Commerce Playbook, Social Selling Playbook, TikTok Playbook, Social Selling Hub website, and Case Study Hub
• Collaborating with Integrated Digital Leads to evolve core social media assets as consumer behaviors shift
• Overseeing project delivery process with key contributors to help manage scope and prepare change requests - including tasks, deliverables, milestones, resources, and estimated costs
• Creating compelling and engaging presentations i.e. Partner Meetings, Internal Exec Reviews that succinctly deliver project status and program key performance indicators
• Acting as the primary point of contact for the client(s) throughout the project life-cycle
• Demonstrating excellence in managing agencies - manage vendor/supplier relationships including budget tracking, briefing, planning, and execution
• Establishing program/project milestones and rhythm of business within the organization and contributing teams

Requirements

You have:

• 7 to 15 years of demonstrable experience in digital marketing (with a focus on social media, data analytics, and eCommerce)
• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience working for complex/matrixed teams
• 3+ years of experience working on global/regional scope projects
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, resolve them quickly, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist
• B2B and/or B2C digital marketing strategy experience in support of client's eCommerce businesses
• Experience analyzing marketing campaigns to determine if they are meeting business objectives
• Proven ability to build, execute, and scale cross-functional marketing programs
• Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail
• Demonstrated extensive technical knowledge of digital marketing solutions across integrated platforms: e.g., eCommerce, digital marketing, promotions, CRM, etc
