Senior Growth Marketing Manager
We are seeking a successful marketing professional to join our Growth Marketing Team at Blackberry. As Growth Marketer you'll be a key contributor to our digital marketing initiatives. Work with our Growth Marketing Director to develop, implement, measure, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. This requires your strategic thinking to help create a digital media strategy that supports our business goals. Ideally, all this will result in acquisition, retention, and loyalty of customers.
As Growth Marketing Manager, ensure our message reaches the target audience to increase awareness and consideration in the market. Work together with our campaign manager and content manager to understand what is planned to then put into market. Your focus is growing the business by using media strategy and execution to deliver results in North America. Own media plans and lead global projects to increase results.
This position is in the global center of excellence for marketing within the Cybersecurity business unit.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Strategize with internal leaders and digital agencies to contribute to build a robust digital growth marketing strategy that spans the customer journey. The goal is to elevate the BlackBerry Cybersecurity portfolio using effective messaging across multiple media platforms and channels.
- Guide media decisions and strategy for account-based marketing efforts and at times executing your own digital ABM campaigns in Demandbase.
- Collaborate with our digital agency to create, manage, and optimize SEM, display, and paid social channels. Display includes both direct buy and programmatic paid investments working across strategic media channels like, digital display, native, video, connected TV (CTV), audio, and digital out of home (DOOH).
- Use email as a strategic contributor to results by orchestrating with other digital tactics
- Partner with web and analytics teams to optimize the quality of our programs' web traffic to impact downstream revenue growth.
- Consult with regions to support a global digital strategy that increases total results.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in digital B2B marketing for a SaaS, technology, or cyber security company.
- Experience working with or at a media agency strategizing and executing search, programmatic, and paid social - especially LinkedIn - media placement.
- Experience with running campaigns in Demandbase or similar platform. Know when and where to use account-based engagement.
- Strong knowledge of email to use for both new business and installed base objectives.
- Ability to engage professionally with subject-matter experts across the organization while building strong working relationships internally and externally.
- Be a strategic thinker yet able to get granular to understand how your media plan is working.
- Have a solid knowledge of website analytics tools and ability to analyze results. Be skilled in digital media experimentation.
- Excellent work ethic, strong intellectual curiosity, and the ability to work quickly, efficiently multi-task and collaborate across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
