What are we looking for? 

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Paid Search to activate our Paid Search programs globally. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations for this channel, including; planning, strategy, analytics, optimisations, and reporting. The right candidate for the role is an incredibly data-driven paid media expert with a proven track record of managing large media budgets for awareness and direct response initiatives. You will thrive if you’re willing to be hands-on, regardless of whether you’re creating strategies to increase impression share, or optimizing bids to drive conversions and lead volumes. You will work closely with all other marketing groups, sales, product, and ops to create campaigns, analyze data, and optimize all aspects of our Paid Search strategy. The successful candidate will draw upon their mastery of Paid Search to ensure campaigns are flawlessly delivered on time and on budget.

This role is fully remote in the United States.

What will you do? 

  • Own, execute, analyze, and optimize our Paid Search campaigns through Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Assess and identify growth opportunities for global Paid Search campaigns, with a particular focus on AMER.
  • Define campaign objectives, target audiences, effective reporting and create marketing assets to execute campaigns. Be comfortable with running A/B tests.
  • Deep competitive analysis whilst using tools such as Semrush.
  • Research new and applicable online marketing and advertising technology/platforms, to improve efficiency across campaigns, including staying up to date on current trends and best practices.
  • Work with Brand, Demand, Web, and PMM squads on content requirements to support campaigns, and ensure content meets the needs to support demand. Excellent communication skills to educate and inform stakeholders across the organization.
  • Analyze daily performance to ensure campaigns are pacing to budget and performance targets are met.
  • Manage daily optimizations and reporting.
  • Manage campaign setup and budget pacing.
  • Responsible for maintaining housekeeping and hygiene of advertising accounts and overall monitoring of account health, whilst adhering to industry best practices in combination with SentinelOne brand policies.

What skills and experience should you bring?

  • 5+ years hands-on experience working directly in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • 3+ years in marketing B2B products - Cybersecurity experience would be preferred. Familiarity with the terms Cloud Security, Endpoint, Data Lake, and AI would be beneficial.
  • A combination of a large media agency and in-house experience would be ideal.
  • Mastery in managing campaigns across search platforms (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads).
  • Understanding of multi-touch attribution methodologies and B2B lead flows required.
  • Mastery of all basic PPC fundamentals.
  • Understanding of wider Digital Marketing channels and platforms, such as Paid Social, and Programmatic Display would be beneficial.
  • Highly organized and comfortable with working to deadlines.
  • Exceptional at multitasking.
  • Can work both autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Base Salary Range

$140,000$193,000 USD
