Senior Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking to hire an experienced and creative marketer to own digital media and help accelerate our growth. You will play a critical role in defining Enigma’s digital marketing strategy to support overall Go-to-Market efforts.
The Role:
You will lead digital marketing and paid media at Enigma (reporting to the Head of Demand Generation) and will be responsible for building out and optimizing digital marketing campaigns in line with Enigma’s key prospect segments. You will work closely with your content and growth marketing counterparts, as well as the business development team, to successfully drive lead engagement and conversion at each stage of the marketing funnel.Â
We are looking for someone who will:
- Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to: paid search, paid social, and display advertising.
- Own both broad-based and account-based approaches to digital marketing, experimenting with different targeting strategies to engage and re-engage key audiences.Â
- Understand audience segmentation and build varying campaign structures to support multiple use cases and funnel stages.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance to drive towards key performance indicators, making recommendations for performance and productivity optimizations. Be responsible for defining campaign specific success criteria
- Leverage data insights across your owned channels to understand bottom line business impact. Distill those learnings to provide actionable recommendations that drive pipeline growth.
- Continually run experiments to optimize campaign performance with a focus on customization and personalization.

Our ideal candidate will:
- Bring 5+ years of digital marketing experience in a fast-paced B2B environment.
- Have expertise across Google paid search, LinkedIn advertising, and 6Sense or Demandbase advertising. Experience with Marketo is a plus.Â
- Be highly collaborative and curious, taking an interest in other areas of the business to enable comprehensive and cohesive strategies.
- Take an analytical approach to all marketing efforts, and be capable of presenting learnings, results, and new ideas to stakeholders at all levels.

- Have experience working at a data company or in the financial services industry

Salary Range: $120,000-$175,000
A note on salary ranges: we pride ourselves on paying competitively for our size and industry. Salary is one piece of a total Enigma compensation package that includes additional benefits and opportunities. All of our compensation packages include equity because we believe 100% of Enigma employees should have the option to purchase ownership in the company and benefit from the value we’re creating together.
