We are currently seeking a motivated Senior Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with our OEM and Program partners. As part of the Marketing team, your role will be crucial in driving brand awareness, increasing market penetration and sell-through of our products and services, while building strong relationships with existing partners. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will work with internal and partner stakeholders to build and deploy overall marketing plans for key partnerships, always seeking new opportunities to drive business growth.


What you will be doing

Develop and lead global marketing campaigns that generate leads and increase conversion throughout the funnel process.

· Develop campaign objectives and plans for key products; define target audiences, strategies/tactics, messaging, creative, deliverables and performance measurements.

Manage and execute marketing programs such as webinars, account-based marketing campaigns, search marketing, targeted digital promotions, such as LinkedIn, lead nurture programs, content syndication, SEO, etc.

· Plan, develop, execute, and optimize robust multi-touch and multi-channel programs that capture top-of-funnel prospects and progress them towards qualified leads.

· Develop and own webinar calendar for both prospects and customers.

· Measure campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization.

· Identify demand generation content and messaging needs for each stage of the funnel, partner with product marketing, creative, customer advocacy, and other teams to fill our content gaps.

· Develop demand generation assets, such as email, landing pages, banners, social ads, sales emails, etc.

· Collaborate with product marketing and sales to establish priorities, goals and KPIs, and develop strategic and tactical plans to deliver effective campaigns.

· Partner with Marketing teams (Social, Digital, Web/SEO, Blog, Regional Marketing, etc.) to produce and implement program messaging and assets across the priority regions and channels.

· Continuously test and develop new strategies and tactics across all channels to increase touchpoints within a buyer’s journey to deliver high-quality leads at a low CPL.

· Utilize marketing technology, including Pardot (or other Marketing Operations Platform), Salesforce, and Zoom Webinars.


What you need

5 -7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing within cybersecurity, with a demonstrated ability to achieve goals and yield results.

Proven experience developing campaign strategies from inception to execution in Paid Search (SEM via Google Ads and Microsoft Ads) and Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta). Agency experience is a plus.

In-depth understanding of Salesforce account and campaign structure, as well as its reporting capabilities.

Deep understanding of the B2B sales funnel stages and targeting strategies to engage and progress audiences at various stages.

A proven track record of delivering consistent, highly-qualified leads into the funnel in a cost-effective manner.

An ability to demonstrate and articulate a process-driven approach to executing on digital marketing, social media campaigns, and ABM that supports pipeline goals and objectives.

Thrives on a data-driven approach to marketing with the ability to make fact-based decisions and work proactively with others to share the insights and drive change. .

Experience with vendor and agency selection, on boarding, management, and review processes.

High-level understanding of campaign setup and architecture, as well as exposure to the technical implementation of conversion tracking and the moving parts.

Experience with Pardot (or another Marketing Automaton Platform), SFDC, 6Sense, Qualified, Unbounce.
