We are looking for a creative, highly-driven, hands-on Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast growing team. As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist at Turn, you will work on strategy, implementation, and optimization across our paid marketing channels and help grow user acquisition.

What You'll Do:
- Be grounded in data and technology, insights, and have a deep understanding of the digital landscape.
- Design, implement, and execute marketing campaign strategies to generate and nurture qualified B2B leads.
- Leverage growth marketing channels - SEO, SEM, paid social, online.
- Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Lead the performance media plan with ROI goals with partnerships, creative, brand, and content.
- Run tests, including A/B experiments, and report results.
- Own the budget for all paid performance marketing initiatives and non-paid initiatives.
- Own company growth metrics & reporting for paid channels and communication of progress to company and key stakeholders.
What You'll Need:
- 3+ years of experience driving growth through paid search and paid social channels.
- Experience creating and implementing MQL strategies.
- Deep understanding of all digital media fundamentals, including: attribution, ad serving, tracking & tagging, A/B testing, dynamic creative, and programmatic buying.
- Experience directly managing large scale UA campaigns across various ad networks, DSPs and/or self attributing networks (Facebook, Google).
- Proven track record of successfully managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager.
- Ability to develop new and creative marketing and demand generation program initiatives.
- Knowledge of Hubspot as a CRM automation tool is a plus.
- Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited University.
