Senior Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Description
JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for the development, management, and execution of integrated marketing strategy to support several of the Lab Division initiatives focused on strategic priorities. This role is an integral member of the Lab Marketing team and will collaborate with a variety of key stakeholders to support deployment and optimization of digital and print marketing activities, and will actively participate in analysis, reporting and recommendations to management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute email marketing activities and marketing automation programs in Marketo; partner with Product Merchandise, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to leverage email marketing strategy to support business needs. Continue to evolve the customer journey through content optimization, A/B testing and other multivariant testing.
- Implement advanced Marketo tactics such as automated nurture streams, personalized landing pages, and smart audiences.
- Develop and maintain clear dashboards/reports that summarize the performance of marketing campaigns, across pre-determined KPIs and metrics.
- Engage in creative problem solving, make suggestions, and provide guidance for changes or improvements on current marketing processes.
- Develop effective, relevant and educational content that drives organic search traffic, ecommerce transactions and lead generation.
- Work with internal Creative team on the hand off of creative assets and work closely with our internal design team to continue to innovate and evolve.
- Collaborates with suppliers to develop compelling marketing campaigns that drive e-commerce revenue success.
- Work with in-house creative agency and Conductor to optimize landing pages and webpages for SEO.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Demonstrated success executing marketing campaigns with expertise using Marketo and Salesforce strongly preferred, including database management; smart list development; setup, testing, launching and scoring of campaigns and programs; and reporting on campaign analytics
- An in-depth understanding of marketing automation best practices
- Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, including but not limited to email marketing, social media, SEO
- Digitally driven approach to content creation and production
- Creative and strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for growth, and content solutions to help achieve goals
- Research and interviewing skills
- Project management skills
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop or Premiere a plus

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus. May hold one or more industry certifications; professional certification may be required to advance.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. No special physical demands required.
To the extent this job is performed, the salary range for the position of $71,280 to $98,010. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
