The Team You'd Be Joining:

The SMB Growth Marketing team is dedicated to the rapid growth and acceleration of Lytx's Business Unit focused on Small and Medium-sized businesses. We have an entrepreneurial spirit and a data-driven approach, with a hyper focus on customer acquisition. We build positive user experiences and drive meaningful outcomes through experimentation and innovation.

What You'll Do:
  • Own the creation and execution of effective paid social media strategies
  • Build and scale B2B paid campaigns across various channels including: Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, Instagram, etc.
  • Identify messaging that resonates by optimizing targeting, bids, creatives, audiences, interests, as well as ad and landing pages with A/B testing
  • Define, monitor, and present progress against paid social critical metrics
  • Execute tests, analyze data, and identify insights to maximize drive growth in paid social campaigns
  • Effectively handle campaign expenses by staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and adjust bids to gain better return on investment
  • Stay up to date with the latest paid social best practices and technologies
  • Seek out new tactics and channels to scale our paid social marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues to ensure alignment with joint marketing objectives
  • Work cross-functionally with content, creative, and marketing operations to ensure brand and technical execution alignment
  • Perform other duties as assigned


What You'll Need:
  • 5+ years of related experience working on paid social marketing programs
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior experience using paid social tactics for B2B brand awareness and demand generation
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of paid campaigns
  • Experience running A/B tests and multivariate experiments
  • Understanding of web analytics methodology and platforms including Segment, Google Analytics, Amplitude and Google Tag Manager
  • Proficient with Marketo or other marketing automation tools preferred
  • Comfort with ambiguity in a multifaceted working environment; know how to balance getting the details right while still adapting quickly
