Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Digital Dynamo Wanted! We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for strategically planning, implementing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives, while providing leadership and guidance on digital marketing trends, best practices and strategy development. The role requires a motivated, tech-savvy, data driven thinker, who has a passion for all things marketing and technology.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will oversee inbound marketing initiatives via HubSpot, social media engagement, website development and management, assist in the project management process, and design.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops and implements effective digital marketing strategies using HubSpot as the primary marketing automation tool for lead generation and conversion optimization, as well as executing the visual elements to support those business strategies
• Monitors and posts on social media platforms and executes social media lead generation campaigns
• Oversees pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns run by vendor partners including keyword research, ad design, ad scheduling, and data/performance analysis
• Works closely with digital vendors to execute successful campaigns on various digital advertising channels; PPC, paid social media, retargeting, display ads, etc
• Assists in the creation and dissemination of email campaigns
• Monitors and evaluates website analytics, ad campaigns, and other relevant metrics
• Tracks and reports on key performance indicators: impressions, conversions, online reputation, cost per lead, cost of marketing, etc
• Continually updates and performs SEO audits to websites while using HubSpot to build and manage marketing automation workflows, landing pages, and forms to optimize lead nurturing and conversion
• Develops visually appealing graphics while creating and maintaining a consistent visual brand identity across all platforms and materials
• Proactively keeps abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the Company stays at the forefront of the competition
• Collaborates closely with other marketing team members, the leadership group, sales departments, external partners, agencies and vendors to execute the digital marketing programs and campaigns
• Works independently and manages multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Performs other duties, as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• College degree in marketing, communications or related field
• Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing
• Knowledgeable in B2B lead generation
• In-depth knowledge of HubSpot
• Strong understanding of social platforms including, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and Instagram
• Basic knowledge of PPC and SEO principles and best practices
• Proven experience managing paid media budgets and channels
• Proficiency with optimization and A/B testing

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, Power BI, and client survey tools
• Video editing and production, a plus

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong analytical skills for extracting insights, interpreting data, and making recommendations that will optimize performance
• Familiarity with key digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and related applications)

• Creative in nature, excellent organizational and project management skills

• Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills
• Ability to absorb and retain information quickly
• Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
• Highly self-motivated and directed
• Keen attention to detail

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• This position requires driving/travel occasionally
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Maintains a good driving record
