POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for assisting in the strategy and vision of digital marketing. In conjunction with the Electronic Banking and the Marketing Department, develops, implements, optimizes, maintains and monitors multiple digital channels, including web, mobile, email, social media, search engine optimization, search engine marketing and digital advertising. Utilizes data analytics to drive high quality traffic to 1st Source Bank's websites to accelerate business growth. Will also serve as the lead digital marketing educator and trainer for 1st Source Bank.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Assists in the development of short- and long-term digital strategies, goals and objectives to support the bank's overall marketing strategy.
  • Utilizes digital technology to better understand the voice of our customers and improve the clarity and effectiveness of digital communications through the use of AB/Multivariate tests; applying knowledge of basic statistics (e.g., sample size, significance) to assess validity of results.
  • Serves as lead digital marketing advisor for the Bank, provide education, training and consulting services to bank departments.
  • Develops and deploys leading-edge digital solutions that are proficient in conveying messages on behalf of 1st Source Bank.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to utilize and leverage the organization's digital capabilities to advance 1st Source Bank's business interests and reputation in the marketplace.
  • Participates in the development, management and maintenance of 1st Source Bank's digital channels, including web, mobile, email, search engine optimization and social media in concert with Marketing and Electronic Banking.
  • Participates in the development, implement, and monitor digital marketing and advertising efforts, including search engine marketing, social, display, and other forms of online advertising.
  • Measures, analyzes, assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs) and reports out on digital marketing efforts through use of Google Analytics.
  • Participates in the selecting, managing and performance evaluation of outsourced digital vendors.
  • Assists the Marketing Department in identifying opportunities to incorporate digital marketing into the bank's marketing plans.
  • Supports the communications and creative teams in the development of compelling digital content to attract high numbers of internet/mobile user engagements.
  • Supports Director of Marketing with digital assignments, managing deliverables from resources and provide periodic reports as directed.
  • Keeps abreast of trends and best practices in digital, email and mobile marketing.
  • Shares industry innovations and best practices to build organizational intelligence in digital marketing.
  • Oversees training programs to educate colleagues on using and maintaining 1st Source digital properties, including web and social media.
  • Supervises assigned staff and exercises the usual authority of a supervisor concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations, and terminations.
  • Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.
  • Understands all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Performs all other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

  • Three (3) or more years' experience and proven track record in digital marketing.
  • HTML and Javascriptexperience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Digital Recording & Editing.
  • Excellent PC skills--proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Professional demeanor, well spoken, friendly, collaborative, innovative, positive attitude, and professional appearance.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects & timelines with attention to detail.
  • Excellent writing and communications skills, including proactively following up.
  • Ability to interact with executive management.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree preferred with specialization in Marketing. Google AdWords Certified preferred.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to travel to all locations as well as ability to travel overnight, as needed for customer audits, seminars, etc.
