General Summary and Purpose:

As a Senior Digital Product Analyst, you will help fuel growth of the Direct Investor Business by creating a trusted and personalized digital experience for hundreds of thousands of individual clients. You will understand our clients' needs and our business priorities. You will help create the strategy and roadmap and maintain our digital products (e.g., web, mobile). You will help identify and implement business opportunities to create new digital products. You will be based in our corporate headquarters in San Antonio, TX.

You will report to the Digital Product Manager, Direct Investor Business

You Will:

• Participate in stakeholders and customers interviews to understand user and business needs
• Gather feedback and create detail requirements for product backlog
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the development team knows and understands what they are expected to build through a backlog and user stories and help to create
• Help establish, implement and track performance metrics for products
• Help to prep and deliver product demos to internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in market scan and research to understand trends, opportunities, and specific ideas to improve our products
• Coach junior digital product analysts
• Participate in QA and UAT sessions to ensure adherence to requirements and usability

You Have:

• A Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in product or business analysis (digital preferred)
• Design-thinking and problem-solving abilities to break down issues in a structured way and build creative solutions
• Experience with agile practices with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in digital product management tools and processes (JIRA experience preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to build clear business cases for your digital products
• Strong ownership, accountability, and determination
