ARCH US MI Services, Inc., seeks Senior Digital Product Manager in Greensboro, NC.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for solving human and business problems with new technology.
  • Drive product strategy, product roadmap development, and market delivery/operation of the product offering.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, customers, and agile product team members to effectively execute against digital initiatives.
  • Ensure that Arch's digital products perform at its maximum potential during its product lifecycle.
  • Lead development of market research, market validation and whitespace analysis to identify new opportunities for existing and new features and functionality.
  • Partner with business owners and agile product teams to build product roadmaps that will be incorporated into the broader company product portfolio plan.
  • Foster close relationships with key market constituents to validate product strategy and roadmap.
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage the product vision and features from conceptual stages through the product lifecycle to solve customer problems in a way that is viable for the business and feasible for our technology team to implement.
  • Work with IT and Business partners to ensure the digital products in operation are well understood and supported.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to plan and prioritize system releases and specific release content.
  • Lead the preparation of business cases (financial/ROI) analysis to quantify and determine the value to the company of a current or potentially new system/application.
  • Follow the Arch agile software development framework and processes.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or related software development position within the insurance domain.
  • Product management of digital systems
  • Product vision and strategy
  • Product roadmap development
  • Managing multiple products simultaneously
  • Working on business cases (financial/ROI) analysis to quantify & determine the value to company of a current or potentially new system or application
  • User interviews, curating & conducting customer trainings and change management
  • Implementing, monitoring, and fine-tuning processes and procedures to improve customer experience
  • Breaking down features into user stories and tracking releases using JIRA
  • Leading and mentoring junior product managers as part of larger product initiatives
  • Providing direct product support to customers
  • Working in an Agile environment
  • Managing products with multiple digital channels including Web, Mobile and Desktop
  • Using Microsoft Excel including data analytics, formulas, and macros
  • Microsoft Office Suite including Word and PowerPoint
  • Microsoft SharePoint
  • Preparing end user communications and release notes

Must have 3 years of experience with:

  • Agile Delivery practices
  • JIRA Software for planning sprints and releases
  • Presenting to and facilitating meetings to Executive Level stakeholders

Must have 1 year of experience with:

  • Continuous Integration, Continue Delivery tools and processes
  • Azure or Amazon cloud
