SUMMARY

The Product Manager will be tasked with managing and growing Black Knight's Servicing Digital product ecosystem by designing and creating customer centric, digital solutions. Plays a critical role in enhancing the customer experience, driving innovation and increasing product integrations and profitability. Serves on an Agile team to define product roadmaps to meet market requirements in support of product strategy initiatives. Provides oversight and prioritization for user stories and backlog refinement sessions. Works closely with Solution Manager, internal product support and external clients on new solutions, releases and enhancements being delivered.

LOCATION

Jacksonville, FL - hybrid schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday onsite required. Monday and Friday work from home. Ability to provide relocation assistance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages the software product plan by ensuring changes in market, business priorities including integration needs, and technology advancements are reflected
  • Works closely with the Agile team and Business Analyst resources to develop user stories and requirements for new and existing digital solutions
  • Evangelizing product(s) both internally and externally and shepherding products through the development process, advocating to achieve the best outcomes by brainstorming and negotiating effectively with various collaborators to continuously define feature priority
  • Prepares and presents product roadmap reviews as well as providing product's general strategic direction. Acts as Voice of the customer (VoC) to articulate value proposition
  • Works closely with senior management and Agile Release Train Engineer to perform product demos
  • Engages and interacts with clients during feedback sessions, focus groups, user groups, and requirements gathering sessions, as needed
  • Partners with Solutions Managers, Value Stream Product Manager(s) and other client facing partners to consistently communicate enhancements through Feature Survey's, Product Roadmaps, PI updates and PI Follow Ups
  • Takes Epic content and efficiently breaks work down into manageable, prioritized Features (Description, Benefit Hypothesis and AC well defined and understood by applicable stakeholders)
  • Collaborates across the organization to identify and coordinate product dependencies
  • May act as escalation point for client issues that require product change resolution
  • Works closely with development teams to review enhancement requests for strategic value and align resources to high priority project
  • Provides presentations to clients during business reviews, prospect briefings, and internal group meetings
  • May requires up to 10% travel
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, product marketing, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
  • Requires 7+ years of Agile product owner, business, technical analysis, or consulting experience
  • Experience building consumer facing, customer-centric software, B2B2C
  • Experience working in financial services, mortgage, or FinTech industries

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of Black Knight's Servicing products, services, and capabilities
  • Hands-on technical knowledge/understanding of data and services including APIs
  • Experience working with responsive web design, mobile and tablet solutions
  • Digital transformation experience with an emphasis on innovation and customer experience
  • Knowledge of the tools, techniques and principals used in Lean-Agile framework/development
  • Knowledge of APIs and how data is extracted from software applications
  • Experience in Azure DevOps
  • Servicing Digital and/or MSP product experience
  • Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner across various levels of the organization and varying areas of focus
  • Team skills, including ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within organization, internally and externally
  • Proven ability to manage multiple large and/or complex digital ecosystems
