  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product, engineering, brand, communications, and research teams to deliver cohesive customer solutions.
  • Apply and evolve a strong design system, including typography, layout, color, iconography, and interaction patterns aligned with brand identity.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure scalable, reusable, and high-quality design implementation.
  • Contribute to defining design standards, best practices, and guidelines that elevate product quality across the organization.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high-quality execution in a fast-moving environment.
  • Partner with design leadership to strengthen team collaboration, processes, and overall design maturity.
  • Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience as a full-stack or product designer focused on customer-facing digital products.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in web, mobile, and multi-platform product design (required for application).
    • Proven ability to design and implement scalable visual systems across responsive and native applications.
    • Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms.
    • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design patterns, and digital product ecosystems.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
    • Strong adaptability, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
    • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
    • Preferred mindset: curiosity, resourcefulness, growth orientation, and comfort with ambiguity and change.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation including base salary and eligibility for an annual performance bonus
      • Salary range: $120,000 – $145,000 (varies by experience and location; higher range applicable in certain regions)
      • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance
      • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match and immediate vesting
      • Generous paid time off, including planned PTO, floating holidays, and additional unplanned PTO
      • Paid parental leave for all parents, up to 16 weeks
      • Additional paid leave for bereavement, jury duty, voting, and military service
      • Opportunity to contribute to the creation of a new digital ecosystem for an iconic automotive brand
      • Flexible remote work within the U.S., with occasional in-person collaboration and travel requirements
