Senior Digital Project Manager

About the role:

Project managers on our team act as creative thinkers and active collaborators and contributors to every project they lead, listening carefully and thinking critically to balance the needs of our clients, their audiences and users, and our own team members.

Your focus will predominantly be complex interactive projects, but you may also manage projects that include brand strategy, identity design, and videos that include live-action shoots and CG produced by our in-house team. You'll be responsible for leading project teams, building relationships with our clients, and delivering high-quality work. Responsibilities:

• Guide multiple projects - Invest yourself in the needs of our team, our clients, and their audiences and users as the foundation for effectively managing project details (e.g.: scope, schedule, budget)
• Lead project teams - Act as our internal stakeholder and client representative while working collaboratively to steward teammates and partners across strategy, design, development, and testing
• Forecast and manage project scopes - Handle resource allocation, budget & schedule development and management, and project & team performance while tracking project progress and budget burn
• Build and grow strong relationships - Be a responsive partner for clients, learning to anticipate their needs within and beyond existing scope
• Evolve process - Think critically about what's working well, and what might improve, then work collaboratively with teammates and clients to shape our approach
• Lead project communication - Confidently present our work, explain our decisions, and answer client questions; effectively triage and communicate client feedback to internal teams
• Be an advocate - Represent the interests of our clients to our colleagues, and of our colleagues to our clients

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience, ideally in an interactive agency or experience design setting
• Experience delivering full scope, CMS-based web projects for enterprise clients, preferably with a practical understanding of the WordPress platform, and development and deployment pipeline and process
• Proven, demonstrable record of successful client-facing work, including relationship management, stakeholder facilitation, risk identification and mitigation, and strong, clear communication.
• Effective leadership and management of interdisciplinary project teams spanning strategy, structural and visual design, and technical planning and execution including QA and support.
• Bonus points for experience with verbal and visual brand development.
• Attention to detail, passion for organization, and commitment to following through
