Senior Digital Project Manager

We are seeking a new team member for an exciting opportunity as a full-time Senior Digital Project Manager to join a dynamic, creative team at Throughline, a premier visual information design firm. Throughline seeks a candidate who is s self-starter, organized and skilled in strategic communications, project management, data analysis, and customer outreach.

 Our Senior Digital Project Manager will play an integral role by championing client needs and delivering exceptional work and an unparalleled client experience. The Senior Digital Project Manager will nurture client relationships and handle client communications, coordinate and manage internal teams and regularly manage client projects.

Key Functions 

• Establish and nurture client relationships  
• Manage projects, set and meet deadlines and communicate deliverables status to clients  
• Ability to think outside the box and work to create digital and other creative artifacts that have never been created before 
• Write creative briefs, support creative development and participate in presenting creative work 
• Ability to work with and communicate with designers, digital strategists, developers and other creatives 
• Coordinate and facilitate client project and internal meetings  
• Document meeting activities and feedback on deliverables  
• Develop and maintain strong communication with clients and internal team members  
• Collaborate with large interdisciplinary teams across multiple projects while meeting deadlines 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Design or another related field 
• 6+ years professional experience in a relevant role, Creative Agency and/or Digital Project Management experience is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills, including the ability to communicate both in-person and via email 
• Experience leading and managing projects and teams 
• Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital strategies and platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills, including the ability to communicate both in-person and via email 
• Experience leading and managing projects and teams with limited supervision
• Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure on multiple projects
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Professional demeanor and cooperative spirit
