What You'll Do:

  • Create and build RFI and RFP responses including all relevant solutions based on the clients goals and objectives 
  • Produce all pre-sale documents including forecasts, excels and PowerPoints based internal and/or agency templates
  • Interact closely with the sales team to provide troubleshooting assistance for RFP’s, customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
  • Work with your manager to ensure all elements of the plan have been vetted and approved 
  • Continue to refine templates and best practices for RFI/RFP responses to improve the speed and accuracy of proposals
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure proposals are delivering the information needed by prospective clients in an effective way
  • Analyze and monitor trends in sales to gain deeper insights into client needs
  • Work closely with the Product, Marketing, and Client Success teams to ensure you have a good understanding of all the latest products and offerings to external clients and partners
  • Manage sales tracking tools and report on any and all pertinent information

Who You Are:

  • 4+ years of proven work experience as a Sales Planner ideally within digital advertising/marketing 
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Hands on experience with CRM systems (ie: Salesforce, Boostr, HubSpot, etc)
  • You have a great passion for digital and an understanding of the digital advertising landscape; experience in healthcare is a plus!
  • Have a desire to work in a rapidly growing and ever-changing startup
  • You are detail oriented and organized, with flexibility to work on diverse projects and clients
  • In-depth understanding of Sales principles and customer service practices
  • Organized with a rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and a positive "can-do" approach
  • Highly motivated team player and self-starter
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

While the role is based in NYC, we are open to candidates who are remote and willing to work in EST and travel to NYC for periodic business meetings.
