Senior Digital Strategist

This role is part of our Experience & Engineering team in Copenhagen, Denmark. We combine our skills in developing future-ready technical solutions with our expertise in creating beautiful designs to deliver exceptional and engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Muuto, Bolia and Nilfisk.

JOB PURPOSE

Join our Experience & Engineering team in Copenhagen as a Senior Digital Strategist and lead the charge in creating transformative digital experiences!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Leadership: Be at the core of everything we create, from ideation to execution.
• Data analysis & research: Deep dive into the business of clients and find insights to uplift their business and reach their digital objectives.
• Innovation: Explore the unknown and uncover what organizations need to elevate their digital presence.
• Client Advisory: Provide expert advice and set visionary goals for clients, ensuring their digital strategies align with business objectives.
• Workshop Facilitation: Conduct dynamic workshops and co-creation sessions that inspire and energize all participants.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance client relationships through effective communication and impactful presentations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Passionate and Insightful: A deep love for digital, coupled with a keen analytical mind and a knack for creative solutions.
• Agency or Consultancy Experience: Proven experience on the agency side, with a strong commercial understanding.
• Ecom Experience: Demonstrated experience in e-commerce, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in online retail.
• Educational Background: Degree in Design, Communication, Digital Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Design and UX Savvy: A good sense of design and online user experience, with the ability to make ideas tangible and visual.
• Pragmatic Decision-Maker: Pragmatic decision maker'? Able to deal with ambiguity and make decisive decisions based on analyses'.
• Multidisciplinary Connector: Ability to integrate different disciplines in your strategic thinking, working seamlessly with designers, creatives, and developers.
• Effective Communicator: Maintain strong client relationships and deliver compelling presentations.
• Working proficiency of English;
• Direct availability to start working in Denmark (Copenhagen).
