Guild is hiring a Senior Director of Business Technology Systems to join the Business Operations and Technology Team! Reporting to our VP of Business Operations and Technology, you will lead Guild’s Business Systems teams across finance and HRIS, commercial applications, enterprise architecture and application portfolio management to deliver business process design, transformation and support. This highly cross-functional role is a key partner to across teams: go-to-market (B2B), member marketing (B2C), finance & accounting, people, product and engineering.

As Senior Director of Business Technology Systems, you will:
  • Own Guild’s business systems roadmap to drive alignment, prioritization and execution both cross-functionally and within the Business Operations and Technology team
  • Lead technical design and delivery across teams for Guild’s core application pillars – finance & accounting, HRIS and commercial applications
  • Design Guild’s enterprise SaaS architecture, developing a highly integrated SaaS ecosystem and partnering with our Product & Engineering teams to develop the right connections between our SaaS tooling and Guild’s platform
  • Continuously optimize Guild’s SaaS portfolio, leading our Application Portfolio Management function and partnering with business owners and strategic sourcing to develop our enterprise application strategy
  • Drive operational excellence in all aspects of technical delivery – documentation, planning, execution and partner communication

  • Comfortable navigating change in all-SaaS technology environments. Guild has a sophisticated SaaS portfolio with both B2B and B2C components. You adapt to a continuously evolving technology landscape, with exposure to all aspects of enterprise SaaS in high-growth, cloud-based ecosystems.
  • A culture builder. You create teams with a mindset of continuous improvement and high accountability. Your teams know their work matters and show up for you and the company.
You may have deep experience or certifications in:
  • IT controls, audit and compliance (SOC 1 & 2, SOX, and PCI)
  • Developing enterprise-wide SaaS integrations and middleware solutions
  • Optimizing a go-to-market tech stack with tools like SF Sales Cloud, Clari, Gong, Marketo
  • Optimizing an ERP like Netsuite
  • Optimizing an HRIS like Workday
  • Optimizing a direct-to-consumer tech stack with tools like SF Service Cloud, Iterable

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market driven, including a base salary range of $200,000-$230,000, as well as company stock options.
