  • Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of chapter programs, including onboarding, training, visits, and resource distribution across 500+ chapters.
  • Manage and develop a growing team, including direct supervision of senior managers, hiring plans, and leadership coaching across a distributed structure.
  • Oversee cross-functional collaboration with internal departments to ensure program alignment, measurement, funding, and communications support.
  • Manage budget planning and oversight, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across programs, staffing, and national initiatives.
  • Represent the organization externally, building partnerships with schools, funders, and community stakeholders while serving as a thought leader in youth mobilization and advocacy.
  • Requirements

    • 10+ years of experience in youth mobilization, campus organizing, nonprofit program leadership, or network-based program management.
    • Proven track record of managing managers and scaling distributed teams in complex, mission-driven environments.
    • Strong experience in designing and executing large-scale programs with measurable outcomes and equity-centered frameworks.
    • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution, set KPIs, and drive accountability across teams.
    • Experience in external representation, including partnerships, funder engagement, and public speaking or conference participation.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across a large organization.
    • Familiarity with data-driven program management tools such as Salesforce and digital collaboration platforms.
    • Benefits

      • Competitive salary with structured growth potential up to higher salary bands over time
      • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
      • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching
      • Generous PTO, paid holidays, and company-wide mental health days
