Senior Director, Client Marketing
Job Description
The Senior Director of Client Marketing will have a strong strategic mindset, the ability to build and lead a successful team, and a consistent track record of success in developing and driving marketing strategies, including digital marketing, events, demand generation, reporting, and campaign lifecycle optimization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing successful marketing programs across digital, ABM and events, managing a team, working cross functionally, and achieving business objectives, with a strong, data-led approach. The Senior Director of Marketing will work closely with other senior executives to develop and implement marketing strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives.
Job Tasks
- Lead and manage Client Marketing department focusing on accountability to generate demand and drive revenue growth.
- Develop overarching coordinated client marketing strategy spanning all AMN offerings and aligned to company strategy and objectives.
- Increased traffic to landing pages, website content, and other assets to improve conversion
- Collaborate with the sales and growth teams to align demand generation efforts with sales and partnership goals
- Partner to drive teams to execute on new demand generation and retention strategies for AMN Healthcare utilizing traditional, digital, and innovative marketing.
- Build and lead a dedicated high-performing team of Brand Managers responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to support business-specific and enterprise objectives.
- Drive development of brand standards across the organization.
- Advance and partner with Insights and Analytics team responsible for:
- Developing and analyzing reporting, dashboards and scorecards for marketing critical metrics.
- Obtaining and distilling customer insight, business, marketing, and competitive intelligence.
- Capturing the voice of the customer through survey design, focus groups, and systematic customer feedback.
- Manage client projects so that they are delivered on-time and on-budget.
- Contribute to thought leadership and marketing program.
- Understand and embrace modern marketing approaches such as Inbound Marketing and Account-based Marketing.
- Find ways to create scalable, measurable marketing programs through exploring and utilizing marketing technologies.
- Understand how marketing programs should be measured and what "levers" to flip in order to optimize return on investment.
- Focus on reporting to really understand what's moving the needle and adjust marketing plans and strategies accordingly.
- Manage a team of 15, with 3 direct reports.Experience leading leaders.
Education, Certifications & Experience
Preferred Education/Certifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or related field required.
- Master's degree preferred.
Minimum Experience:
- 10+ years of experience working in B2B marketing or related position. Experience in the healthcare services is preferred
- 5+ years of leading people
- Shown success and expertise with lead generation, sales support, client engagement and retention, digital marketing initiatives, ABM.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to advise decisions and improve performance
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Have created strategic marketing plans, written value propositions, and can attach revenue growth to programs
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of success setting and achieving ambitious goals

Pay Rate
$169,500 - $201,500 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
