Position Overview:
Focus, Scope, & Impact:
- Responsible for the execution of the Operating Unit RGM and Winning @ the POS strategies at the Zone by applying the corresponding playbooks and leveraging global/regional tools and adjusting to the local reality.
- Provides full support to the Zone President, the GMs and other Franchise Leadership positions in their interactions with the Bottling System related to the referred Commercial Capabilities and Execution.
- Implements integrated system RGM approaches and plans to support topline revenue growth and Margin expansion through RGM and OBPPC levers as he/she lands the Commercial Strategy for the Zone. Develops detailed portfolio execution for the Zone/Regions to bridge category and commercial ambitions and initiatives with bottler reality, capabilities and channel relevance of those initiatives.
- Implements game-changing Channel Strategies based on OU playbooks for the OU, accommodating to the local reality. Oversees the landing of winning PICOS for all the relevant channels at the Zone.

- Help secure resources necessary to locally address, generate and implement value-creating solutions that meets customer and bottlers needs and drive beverage category's incidence, profit and volume.
- Reinforces the cultural transformation to enable the network organization to succeed across the system.
Work Focus
- This role requires proven Commercial Capabilities (RGM, Winning @ POS/Execution, VTM) understanding, combined with the ability to translate plans into solid execution to deliver strong results in the marketplace. Highly developed leadership and influencing skills are a must to positively influence Operations and Bottlers
- To succeed, the role requires a strong combination of analytical and executional capabilities, strong Consumer- and Customer understanding, as well as a hands-on mentality.
- The role will be wired closely in a networked approach with Senior Leaders and Operators in the Zone as well as our Bottling Partners.
- Ability to drive cross-functional support and cross-system alignment, not least leading and smoothly running execution alignment and collaboration to ensure that OU strategies are fully owned by GMs
Related Work Experience:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Commercial Operations with strong skills in RGM, Channel Strategy and execution across channels (Traditional and Modern Trade)
- Proven strategic and analytical skills as well as outstanding interpersonal, communication and influencing abilities
- Ability to make things happen and inspire
- Desirable to have candidates with Bottler experience
